What is the shipping time?
5-10 Business Days. We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 24 hours, but please allow up to 3 business days during peak periods. *Shipping time excludes clearance/customs delays (if applicable)
What happens if my product is damaged upon arrival?:
No worries! This rarely happens, but we'll make things right. All packages from GFTED are insured, and we will expedite you a FREE next-day replacement immediately!
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive an email containing delivery tracking information within 24 hours of shipment.
Can I change my order?
Yes, you can modify your order within 48 hours of confirmation. We will do everything we can to help you make changes to the order. Please note after 48 hours have passed we may not be able to make changes as your order is being processed for shipment at the fulfillment center.
